Raw Spaghetti
This recipe is the one that was served to Health Ministers on Friday evening at the Health Ministers Reunion. The recipe is taken from the recipe book How We All Went RAW, by Charles Nungesser and Stephen Malachi. The Raw Spaghetti recipe is found on page 57, and the 145-page recipe book from which it was taken is available from Hallelujah Acres.
Ingredients
THE PASTA – In a bowl, place the following ingredients:
- 6 Italian Olives (pitted and halved)
- 1/2 cup chopped mushrooms (use your favorite)
- 2 large Zucchini (peeled & course grated or sliced in a food processor)
THE SAUCE – In a blender, place the following ingredients:
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 2 vine ripened Tomatoes
- 1/2 cup Sun Dried Tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup fresh Basil
- 1/4 cup fresh Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt (Or to taste)
Directions
Blend well and pour THE SAUCE over THE PASTA (Zucchini) ENJOY!
