An easy raw soup perfect for fall
Ingredients
  • 2 cups butternut squash, cubed
  • 3 cups water or coconut water
  • 1 cup cashews
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 red onion
  • 1/4 lemon with skin
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 clove garlic
Instructions
  1. Blend until smooth and slightly warm. Add more liquid if needed.
  2. Garnish with sprouts and enjoy!
