Green leafy vegetables like kale, spinach are vital sources of antioxidants that help in increasing collagen level in the body. These vegetables improve skin tone and texture by increasing moisture content and elasticity in the skin.
Salmon fish provides the essential fatty acids for the body. These omega 3 fats help in collagen boosting within the body. Thereby, resulting in a toned and smoother skin within a short period. If you do not like fish then you can opt for almonds, cashews, flax seeds or brazil nuts as they also provide the essential fats.
Beans are rich sources of fiber and have higher levels of hyaluronic acid in it. They are made of proteins that are important for skin. About half cup of beans when taken daily aids in providing skin benefits.
