INGREDIENTS NEEDED
- 4 Mahi Mahi fillets
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 3 Tbsp. unsalted butter
- 1/4 tsp. minced garlic
- 3 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 lemon
HOW TO MAKE OVEN BAKED MAHI MAHI
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, then spray with cooking spray or brush with olive oil. Then add the Mahi Mahi fillets to the baking sheet.
