Changes we made:
We used only buckwheat flour that I ground up really quick in my Blend-tec from a bag of organic groats I had purchased online. So instead of using 1/2 cup of each flour, I used 1 cup of buckwheat. The rest of the ingredients were organic also, except for the Silk original almond milk, aluminum-free baking powder, and chocolate chips. The semi-sweet chips were from Ghirardelli, which don't have artificial ingredients. We just added them in at the end after everything was mixed (about 1/4 cup).
