Yummy and Healthy Peanut Butter protein shake

This was inspired by my daughter, Savanna.

Makes 2-3 servings (8 oz each)

2 TBS Organic Valencia Peanut Butter (Arrowhead Mills)
1 TBS Organic Raw Honey
1 Banana
1 TBS Carob powder
1-2 cups of Almond Milk (depending on your thickness preference)
1 Scoop of ShapeWay Meal Replacement Shake or 1 TBS of Nutribiotic Organic Vanilla Rice Protein powder
Several ice cubes

Blend all ingredients in a blender or BlendTec.
