A rich, creamy, dairy-free, cheeseless vegan alfredo sauce. Think you're dreaming? You're not! Try this incredibly easy and incredibly delicious creamy vegan alfredo sauce for a satisfying vegan fettucine alredo.

Ingredients:
1 cup cashew cream or thick cashew milk
1 tbsp miso
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1/2 small onion
3/4 tsp garlic salt
1 tbsp olive oil
dash sea salt (optional)
Preparation:
Process all ingredients together in a blender until thick and creamy on medium to high speed. Add a dash of sea salt to taste. Oil will emulsify to help thicken the sauce.
