This recipe is from my friend Alaina. It is awesome! My husband does not like avocados but loves this!
Miriam
Ingredients:
four haas avocados
one cup chopped cilantro
half cup chopped white onions
half cup chopped scallions
juice of half a lime
juice of half a lemon
teaspoon fresh minced garlic
sea salt (lots)
instructions:
mix all ingredients
put the juice in a little at a time as you mash avacado so it won't brown
dont mash that much . . or it gets foamy:)
