Inredients:
1 Spaghetti Squash
Pasta sauce from this post, minus the zucchini and yellow squash if you prefer (http://yourbodygodstemple.blogspot.com/2011/08/spaghetti-sauce-loaded-with-veggies.html)
Directions:
Wash the spaghetti squash and slice in half length-wise.
Scrape seeds out.
Bake the halves on a baking sheet at 350 for about 20 minutes.
Let it cool until warm.
Working over a large bowl, using a fork, scrape out the spaghetti squash, separating the strands.
Pour the sauce over it and toss.
This is very yummy and seems like you're really eating spaghetti!
