Lemon Roasted Cauliflower recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 Tbsp grapeseed oil
    1 large head cauliflower, broken into bite sized pieces
    1 clove garlic, minced
    juice of 1/2 lemon
    1/2 tsp sea salt
    parsley as garnish (optional)
Directions
  1. Grease Baking sheet with oil
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cauliflower, garlic & sea salt
  3. Spread on baking sheet
  4. Bake for 20-30 minutes at 425F
  5. Sprinkle lemon juice over top and garnish
